Learning Disabilities: A Multidisciplinary Journal (LDMJ) is an official publication of the Learning Disabilities Association of America (LDA). The journal is a vehicle for disseminating the most current thinking on learning disabilities and for providing information on research, practice, theory, issues, and trends regarding learning disabilities from the perspectives of varied disciplines involved in broadening the understanding of learning disabilities for children and adults. LDA and LDMJ are committed to the study of learning disabilities through all stages of life.

Manuscripts are currently being solicited for LDMJ that are relevant to audiences and that involve programs and initiatives in the learning disabilities field. Professionals, students, and academics, inside and outside the profession of learning disabilities, are encouraged to present original research, practice perspectives, reviews, conceptual and theoretical papers, student papers, and brief reports. Papers will undergo the traditional blind review process and should be submitted through the publisher’s journal management system, found online at http://js.sagamorepub.com/ldmj/about/submissions. No fee is associated with consideration or publication. This webpage also details the editorial process, guidelines, and submission instructions.

For questions, please contact LDMJ’s Editor, Dr. Robin Church of the Kennedy Krieger Institute at churchr@kennedykrieger.org.

The disciplines represented in the journal include, but are not limited to, the following:
