Abstract

In the high tech era of the eighties, personal computers, DOS, graphics, spreadsheets,
word processing, and interactive video are all becoming familiar terms. Words
such as input, output, and interface are becoming regular parts of our vocabulary.

computer, e.g., "I need your input on this." Yet, what is the role of a computer for
those of us in the Hpeople to people" business? Have we explored their potential? "Do
we even have trouble accepting the use of machines?
