The Journal of Outdoor Recreation, Education and Leadership continues to increase its readership, breadth of manuscript submissions, and active reviewers assisting in the peer review process. I am grateful to the JOREL Advisory Group and the organizations they represent (Western Kentucky University Research Foundation, Association of Outdoor Recreation and Education, and the Wilderness Education Association) for their ongoing efforts to assist the journal. As a new journal, we continue to strategize how best to increase readership among individuals and subscribing libraries, increase manuscript submissions in content or authorship areas currently underrepresented, and increase the pool of interested and qualified reviewers.
