Partnership, Step by Step: Volumei!.?'Vumber 4 ~~- 13-24 A Practical Model of Partnership Formation

Given the potential benefits derivable from partnerships particularly between park and recreation departments, and higher education institutions, these productive arrangements should be the rule, not the eception. This paper explores both the conceptual and very real difficulties that have impeded partnership creation and proliferation, and then proposes a systematic model that allows practitioners at all levels to establish and nurture these essential relationships.
