Abstract


Virtual fitness programming, particularly for the autism and special needs population, is not optimal. To suggest that it were would be an exercise in ignoring the importance of environment, quality coaching, appropriate programming, and the needs of the students themselves. The information provided in this article is meant to provide a best-strategies approach to sub-optimal situations.
