Abstract

This paper examines the applicability of the Importance-Performance (I-P) Scale in the
evaluation and marketing of therapeutic recreation services. The I-P Analysis has the
necessary flexibility to be adapted and used with a variety ofgroups including persons with
disabilities. An example ofI-P Analysis is provided using a therapeutic swim program
