Abstract

Educational intervention connotes all of the activities that can be employed to bring about changes in the skills or behavior of an individual. The term educational intervention connotes manipulation of environmental conditions, methods of interaction, selection of skills and behaviors targeted for change (including establishing goals for learning, since any time we target one thing to be learned we may limit the likelihood that other things will be learned) and the determination of the need for ancillary services.
