Abstract

Faculty members at a midwestern community vocational college were surveyed to identify instructional adaptations they would provide students with learning disabilities and those they had provided such students. Faculty members were also asked to indicate support services they thought colleges should provide to students with learning disabilities. Generally, they indicated they would provide instructional adaptations. However, there was little correspondence between adaptations faculty members would provide students and those they had provided students. Faculty members also indicated that postsecondary institutions should provide a number of support services to students with learning disabilities.
